Don't see how this works.
Seriously, the school is retarded. I told my Runescape friends, and now I'm telling you people that AJC is retarded.
First, I distinctly remember the dates.
Retest dates: 28-28th Dec 2009
Release of results: 8th Jan 2010.
It's 11th Jan 2010 if anybody's blur.
What the school did on 8th Jan was to inform the PARENTS of students who took the retest papers. They wouldn't even deign to deal with the students personally, for some obscure reasons(perhaps we're too noob for them), but instead choose to deal with the parents themselves. I didn't receive any notification at all, only a message forwarded from my mum by the school informing me that I have to attend a principal's talk on Monday morning, attendance is compulsory, parents are invited to attend.
Monday = work starts. Monday morning = the morning when work starts.
Parents? Free enough to attend?
And school reopens on Monday. I don't know about other retest students, but I know that I haven't done any holiday homework because I'm scared I'd get retained and if I am retained then what the fuck is doing holiday homework for? To waste my time? I planned on chionging homework in the last 3 days, namely Friday Saturday Sunday, but the school decided to be considerate by leaving the retest results unknown to us all, so that we'd be forced to get friends to come to school early in order to copy.
Fuck AJC.
That's one point, about how considerate AJC is. Wow, releasing the results on a Monday when school reopens, so that students don't know whether to do holiday homework or not. That's great, AJC, very considerate of you, and inviting parents who probably have to work on a Monday morning. Very nice.

Moving on, point 2:
AJC doesn't stick to schedules and dates. It was supposed to be released on 8th Jan 2010, WHY IS IT 11TH? You may think that this 3 days isn't really something that huge, because '3 days niah', but think: Is it really that hard for them to mark around 130 students' work from 29th Dec to 8th Jan? A normal teacher can mark around 70 scripts a day(I think), so even if it's just ONE NORMAL TEACHER, he/she can mark around 700 scripts. If all the students taking the retests have to take 3 H2 papers, that's 420 papers in total.
Does AJC only have one teacher marking the papers?
I don't see how it can't release the test results on 8th Jan itself.
It really pisses me off that I have to go back to school to take it. If I were to retain, wouldn't I look like some dumbfuck, getting prepared for school when I can simply go home halfway? Wouldn't it be retarded if I were to turn up with all my holiday homework done when I have to retain and the holiday homework is NOT GOING TO BE MARKED AT ALL?
AJC. Damn dumb.
I think it's just the principal feeling talkative, and wants to give us retest students a talk. And because she wants to talk but is too lazy to turn up on Friday, she wants everyone, all the 130+ students to go back to school and for some of them(perhaps me included though I hope that's not the case) to listen to her dumbfuck speech and go home because fail retest papers.
It tires me to no end. Is AJC trying to synchronize retest results release time with O levels? Does this make them feel empowered? Does this satisfy a certain warped thirst of theirs to relate to a certain mainstream event because AJC is too retarded to be considered 'mainstream' so they have to resort to synchronizing a test release with O level release?
I really don't see how this works. Using the most rationale way of thinking, I don't see how I would come to this conclusion as a principal. Is it me being childish or selfless(in a way)?
